标本溶血对8项特定蛋白检验结果的影响

目的 :探讨标本血对 8项蛋白检验结果的影响。方法 :采用 Beckman array36 0蛋白测定系统检测了 2 7份门诊病人血液标本在溶血前和溶血后 Ig A、Ig G、Ig M、C3、C4 、ASO|RF、CRP的值 ,并进行了成对 t检验的统计分析。结果 :Ig A、Ig G、Ig M、C3、C4 、ASD、RF的值在溶血前后有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,ASO的值在溶血前后有显著差异 (0 .0 10 .0 5 )。结果 :溶血对 Ig A、Ig G、Ig M、C3、C4 、ASO产生正干扰 ,使结果增高 ,对RF产生负干扰 ,使结果降低 ,对 CRP无干扰 ,所以特定蛋白测定标本要求不能有溶血现象

Influence of Sample Hemolysis on Results of 8 Items of Particular Protein Tests

Objective To study the influence of sample hemolysis on the results of 8 items of particular protein tests. Methods The sera from 27 outpatients were detected for 8 items of particular protein tests including immunoglorubin A(IgA), immunoglorubin G (IgG), immunoglorubin M (IgM), complement 3 (C 3 ),complement 4 (C 4), antistreptolysin O (ASO), rheumatiod factor (RF) and C reaction protein (CRP) before and after sample hemolysis by beckman Array 360. The data were treated with paired t test statistics. Results Comparison of the results before and after hemolysis showed very significant difference in IgA, IgG, IgM, C 3, C 4 and RF (P<0.01), significance difference in ASO (0.010.05).Conclusion IgA,IgG,IgM,C 3,C 4 and ASO detection are positively interfered with which made the results were on the high side, RF detection was negatively interfered with which made the results were on the low side and CRP detection hadn't been affected by sample hemolysis so it required that the samples for detection of particular protien mustn't be hemolysis.
