通过脉搏波分析比较咪达普利与贝那普利对中心和外周动脉压的影响

目的:比较咪达普利和贝那普利对高血压病人中心动脉压和外周动脉压的影响。方法:采用随机双盲研究,经2 wk的安慰剂洗脱后,年龄18~79 a的轻中度原发性高血压病人被随机分配到咪达普利组(5~10 mg,po,qd)或贝那普利组(10~20 mg,po,qd),共治疗6 wk。所有病人在开始服药前及研究结束时均做脉搏波检查。只有完成6 wk治疗的病人列入最终分析。结果:共有98例病人完成该研究,入选前2组间的基线资料无显著差异(均P>0.05)。经6 wk治疗后,脉搏波所有观察指标均显著下降(均P<0.01),但2组间比较除肱动脉脉压和反射波增压指数外均无显著差异(均P>0.05)。结论:咪达普利和贝那普利降低外周动脉压和中心动脉压一样有效。

Comparison of imidapril and benazepril on central and peripheral blood pressures through pulse wave analysis

AIM:To evaluate the effects of the angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE) inhibitor imidapril and benazepril on the peripheral blood pressure and the central blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension. METHODS:A double blind,randomized study was carried out after 2 wk placebo run-in period,patients with mild or moderate essential hypertension,aged 18-79 a old,were randomized to receive either imidapril(5-10 mg,po,qd) or benazepril(10-(20 mg),po,qd) for 6 wk of treatment.Before the active treatment and at the end of the study,pulse wave recordings were performed in all the patients. Only those patients have finished 6 wk of active treatment in both groups were included to have the final analysis. RESULTS:Ninety-eight patients had finished the whole study with complete data,showing no significant difference(all P>(0.05)) basically between the two groups. After 6 wk of treatment,there were significant reduction in all observed parameters of pulse wave(all P<(0.05)),but no significant differences(all P>(0.05)) in the reduced values of all observed parameters of pulse wave between two groups except brachial pulse pressure and increase augmentation index. CONCLUSION:Imidapril and benazepril are both similarly effective in the reduction of the peripheral blood pressure and the central blood pressure in the treatment of hypertension.
