| 摘 要： | 目的为探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕的剂量及服用方法。方法对2035例妊娠≤49d的妇女,按服用米非司酮不同剂量,于第3天配伍米索前列醇,分5组,观察终止妊娠结果。结果 5组中,除1组用米非司酮150mg外,其他各组的完全流产率均为92%以上。结论一次服用米非司酮必需服用200mg才可达到90%以上的流产效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the compatibility mifepristone misoprostol termination of dose and taking method.Methods to 2035 cases of pregnancy than 49 days of women,according to the different doses,taking in the third mifepristone misoprostol compatibility days,five groups,termination of pregnancy outcome.Results 5 groups,in addition to a group 150mg mifepristone with other groups are completely abortion rate over 92%.Conclusion must take a dose 200mg can get up to 90% of abortion. |
