2002～2004年常德市城区公共场所食(饮)具、用具消毒效果监测

目的]了解常德市城区公共场所食（饮）具、用具消毒状况。方法]对2002～2004年常德市城区市属各类餐饮、娱乐消费单位食（饮）具、用具进行监测。结果]合计检测食（饮）具、用具17573份，合格14621份，合格率为83．20％。检测合格率，2002～2004年分别为74．67％、78．59％、92．67％，不同年份样品合格率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；足浴休闲中心为90．55％，宾馆（大酒店）为88．92％，单位招待所为79．34％，学校食堂为77．16％，茶楼为72．23％，大中型餐馆为70．65％，不同场所合格率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；蒸汽消毒单位为89．07％，药物浸泡消毒单位为79．70％，消毒柜消毒单位为67．48％，不同消毒方法合格率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；食（饮）具为79．04％，用具为92．33％，不同样品l司合格率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论]常德市城区公共场所食（饮）具、用具消毒效果较好，不同年份、不同公共场所、不同消毒方法、不同样品的检测合格率不同。

Analysis on Sterilizing Effect of Tableware and Utensils at Public Place in Changde City from 2002 to 2004

Objective]To understand the sterilization situation of tableware and utensils at public place in Changde city.Methods]To analyse the detection data of the tableware and utensils at various restaurants and recreation places in Changde city from 2002 to 2004.Results]The total samples of tableware and utensils was 17 573,and 14 621 of them passed,the pass rate was 83.20%.From 2002 to 2004 the pass rates were 74.67%,78.59%,92.67% respectively(P<0.01);and it was 90.55% in footbath relaxation centers,88.92% in hotels,79.34% in rest houses,77.16% in refectories,72.23% in tea shops,and 70.65% in restaurants(P<0.01).Among all kinds of sterilizing methods,the pass rate was 89.07% by steam,79.70% by disinfectant and 67.48% by disinfection cabinet(P<0.01).Tableware's pass rate was 79.04% and utensils's was 92.33%(P<0.01).Conclusion]The sterilization situation in Changde city was relatively good,the pass rate varied with the years,the places,the sterilizing methods and the kinds of the samples.
