护理操作对重型频脑伤患者颅内压的影响

目的：观察护理操作对重型颅脑伤患颅内压的影响。方法：应用美国PX公司生产的SP-2000光导纤维颅内压监护仪监测36例重型颅脑损伤患的颅内压（ICP）变化，了解护理操作如翻身、叩背、吸痰、鼻饲及患头部位置对其ICP的影响。结果：翻身、叩背、吸痰、鼻饲后患的ICP较操作前明显升高，抬高头位后ICP均降低。结论：尽量减轻护理操作中的物理刺激，防止因护理操作不当导致ICP升高而加重病情。适当抬高头位对于缓解ICP升高有一定效果。

Effect of Nursing Manipulation on Intracranial Pressure of Severe Brain Trauma

To observe the effect of nursing manipulation on the intracranial pressure(ICP) of severe brain trauma patients and seek improvement on nursing manipulation.Changes in intracranial pressure caused by turning over,percussing the back,sucking phlegm,rhinal breeding and hoisting cranial position were measured in 36 severe brain trauma patients using intracranial pressure monitors (American PX Company).Intracranial pressure significantly increased after turn over,percussing the back,sucking phlegm and rhinal breeding and decreased after hoisting cranial position.Physical stimulation should be minimized to avoid increasing intracranial pressure,while moderately hoisting cranial position is beneficial to lessening ICP.
