白花蛇舌草与水线草的褶合光谱法鉴别分析

摘    要:目的建立白花蛇舌草和伞房花耳草(水线草)的鉴别分析方法。方法采用褶合变换技术和计算机信息处理技术进行鉴别分析。结果通过两两匹配,用三维褶合光谱差谱显示鉴别结果,将两者的4种不同提取液进行鉴别分析,得出4个非同一性认定鉴别结论。结论本法适用于白花蛇舌草与水线草的鉴别。

Abstract:Objective To develop a method for the identification of Oldenlandia diffuca(Wild) Roxb and Oldenlandia corymbosa L.Methods The herbs were identified by using the convolution curve transformation technology and computer information process technology.The results were demonstrated by match comparision and three-dimensional differential diagram of convolution spectra.Results Four batches of extraction solution of the two herbs were identified and four non-identical results were acquired.Conclusion This method is simple and valuable for the identification of these two herbs.
