| 摘 要： | 目的]进一步了解婴幼儿腹泻轮状病毒(RV)感染特点和免疫胶体金检测方法对临床诊断的价值。方法]采用免疫胶体金法对308例腹泻患儿的粪便进行A组RV抗原检测。结果]308份标本A组轮状病毒阳性151例,阳性率49.0%。10月、11月、12月、1月份为RV腹泻发病高峰期。6个月～24个月年龄组RV阳性检出率最高。水样或蛋花汤样便是婴幼儿RV腹泻的临床症状特点。结论]RV是引起婴幼儿腹泻的重要病原之一,免疫胶体金法快速、简便、经济,对临床诊断提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Objective] To analyze the characteristics of rotavirus infection in infantile diarrhea and the value of clinical diagnosis with immune colloidal gold test method.Methods] 308 stool specimens from infants with diarrhea were detected by immune colloidal gold method.Results] 151 Rotavirus positive samples were detected from 308 stool specimens.The positive rate was 49.0%.The peak season of rotavirus infection was from October to January.The positive rates among persons aged at least 6 months to 2 years old was the highest.Water sample and egg water sample were the important clinical symptoms of the infantile diarrhea because of rotavirus infection.Conclusion] Rotavirus is one of the important pathogen in infantile diarrhea,and immune colloidal gold method is rapid,simple and economic,which can provide an evidence for clinical diagnosis. |
