摘    要:为评价冠心病患者发生室性心律失常与心肌复极离散度、心室晚电位的关系,根据Lown分级对150例冠心病室性心律失常患者的心室晚电位与心电图各测值进行分析,并与50例正常人作对照。结果显示:(1)冠心病各组QTc、QTd、QTcd、JTc、JTd及JTcd明显高于对照组。(2)随室性期前收缩级别的增加,QTd及JTd逐渐延长。(3)频发室性期前收缩和成对期前收缩者QTc及JTc较长。(4)随室性期前收缩级别的增加,心室晚电位的阳性检出率明显增高。(5)心室晚电位阳性的冠心病患者的QTd、QTcd、JTd、JTcd明显高于心室晚电位阴性的冠心病组。提示冠心病存在明显心肌复极不均匀,室性心律失常与心肌复极离散度和心室晚电位有关。

Abstract:To evaluate the relationships between vententricular Arrhythmias (VA) and QTd and VLP, based on Lown's degree, We analyzed VLP and ECG QTd, JTd in 150 cases patients with CHD and VA, and contrasted these items with those of nomal humen body. Result: (1)QTc,QTd,QTcd,JTc,JTd and JTcd are higher more significantly in patients with CHD than that in control group. (2)More the degree of VA was higher, more longer the QTd and JTd would be. (3)For frequent and doubled VA, the QTc and JTc are more longer. (4)With the degree of VA descending, the positive rate of VLP is more higher. (5)QTd, QTcd, JTd and JTcd are longer significantly in patients with positve VLP than that with negative. Conclusion:Myoeardiae repolarizition is significantly not average in CHD, and VA is relative with QTd and VLP.
