| 摘 要： | 目的探讨痉挛性斜颈三叉神经-颈反射功能变化。方法对12例痉挛性斜颈患者三叉神经-颈反射双侧P19潜伏期进行比较分析。结果所有痉挛性斜颈患者至少有一侧三叉神经-颈反射为异常,双侧P19潜伏期差值>2 s,其中有1例患者颈部扭转方向的对侧未引出肯定波形。结论所有痉挛性斜颈患者至少有一侧三叉神经-颈反射为异常,提示桥脑下段、延髓腹内侧、颈髓上段(C～。)传导通路异常,表明患者存在脑干功能失调及感觉-运动整合功能异常。

| Abstract: | Objectives To elucidate the pathogenesis of spasmodic torticollis.Methods ST.P19 latency of 12 patients investigated trigeminal-cerical reflex was compared between ipsilateral to torticollis and contra lateral to torticollis.Results All ST patients presented abnormalities of TCR at least one side,Bilateral P19 latency difference was greater than 2 seconds.A bilateral positive/negative wave was absent at the stemocleidomastoid muscles responses contralateral to torticollis in one patient.Conclusions That all... |
