耳垂褶与冠心病患者冠脉病变的相关性研究

目的 探讨冠心病患者的耳垂褶与冠状动脉(冠脉)病变程度间的关系.方法 分析373例行冠状动脉造影患者耳垂褶与冠脉病变的相关性.结果 (1)冠心病组的耳垂褶积分高于非冠心病组(t=-9.47,P<0.01);(2)耳垂褶组冠脉病变积分高于非耳垂褶组(t=-5.41,P<0.01);(3)直线回归分析:耳垂褶与冠脉病变积分之间有直线正相关关系,随耳垂褶程度加重,病变积分增加;(4)多元回归分析:冠脉病变积分与年龄、耳垂褶积分呈正相关(t= 4.11,P<0.01;t= 4.39,P<0.01);耳垂褶积分与年龄、吸烟呈正相关(t= 6.64,P<0.01;t= 4.52,P<0.01).结论 冠心病患者的耳垂褶积分增高,耳垂褶组冠脉病变积分增高,二者具有相关性.在有其他易患因素存在的条件下,耳垂褶可以作为冠心病患者的体表征象为临床诊断提供参考.

Relative study between ear lobe crease and coronary lesions in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the relationship between ear lobe crease and coronary lesions in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods To analyse the correlation between ear lobe crease and coronary lesions in 373 subjects underwent coronary angiography.Results（1）The ear lobe crease score of CHD group was significantly higher than control group（t=-9.47,P0.01）;（2）In ear lobe crease group,coronary lesions scores was higher（t=-5.41,P0.01） than non ear lobe crease group;（3）Linear regression analysis showed ear lobe crease and coronary lesions scores had linear relationship,the degree of ear lobe crease was increase while coronary lesions scores were increased;（4）Multiple liner analysis：coronary lesions scores had positive correlation with age and ear lobe crease score（t=4.11,P0.01;t=4.39,P0.01）;Ear lobe crease score had positive correlation with age and smoking（t=6.64,P0.01;t=4.52,P0.01）.Conclusions Ear lobe crease score is increased in patients with CHD,The coronary lesions scores is increased in ear lobe crease group,two sides have correlation.In the condition of other subjective factors existing,the ear lobe crease can offer references as body surface sign in patients with coronary heart disease.
