活血化瘀法治疗视网膜中央动脉栓塞34例

目的探讨中医活血化瘀法治疗视网膜中央动脉栓塞的实际治疗效果。方法本文选取了我院2009年11月至2012年8月间经检查，被确诊为视网膜中央动脉栓塞的患者68例，针对相关治疗效果进行了比较分析。结果（1）两组患者实施不同治疗前后视力情况，总有效率组间比较，3个月和6个月的治疗效果，治疗组均优于对照组，且均P〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义。（2）两组患者实施不同治疗前后眼底荧光造影情况，总有效率组间比较，3个月和6个月的治疗效果，治疗组均优于对照纽，且均P〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义。结论在临床上治疗视网膜中央动脉栓塞的过程中，运用中医活血化瘀法的效果显著，是治疗视网膜中央动脉栓塞的可靠选择。

Clinical Observation on 34 Cases of Retina Central Artery Embolization 11-eared with Promoting Blood Circulation to DisPel Blood Stasis

Objective To evaluate the actual therapeutic effect for the combination therapy of Chinese medicine blood circulation in the treatment of central retinal artery embolization. Methods 68 patients from November 2009 to August 2012 in our hospital upon inspection and was diagnosed with central retinal artery embolization were choserL The relevant treatment effect was taken for a comparative analysis. Results （1） Two groups of patients with vision situation in the different implementation before and after treatment, the total efficiency was compared, the treatment effect 3 months and 6 months after the treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group, P %0. 05, the differences were with statistical significance. （2） The implementation of the different treatment of fundus fluorescein angiography situation for the two groups, the total efficiency compared between the two groups, the effect 3 months and 6 months after treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group, P %0. 05, the differences was with statistical significance. Conclusion In the process of treating central retinal artery embolization, the effect of the combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine blood circulation is significant. It is a reliable choice for the treatment of central retinal artery embolization.
