针刺联合中药治疗小儿过敏性皮炎60例

目的探讨针刺与中药联合治疗小儿过敏性皮炎的临床效果。方法将120例入选小作过敏性皮炎患者随机分为两组，对照组60例给予中药治疗，观察组60例给予中药＋针刺治疗，观察患儿临床症状与体征以及临床疗效。结果观察组60例患儿临床治愈21例，显效16例，有效20例，无效3例，总有效率为95．00％；对照组60例患儿临床治愈17例，显效18例，有效14例，无效13例，总有效率为7833％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；与本组治疗前比较，瘙痒评分、皮疹分布评分、皮疹形态评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后观察组与对照组比较，瘙痒评分、皮疹分布评分、皮疹形态评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针刺与中药联合应用治疗小儿过敏性皮炎疗效显著，能有效缓解患儿的痛苦，无副作用发生。

The Observation of the Clinical Effect for Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Children with Atopic Dermatitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with atopic dermatitis. Methods 120 patients of atopic dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 60 patients was given with medicine treatment, and the observation group of 60 patients was given with medicine and acupuncture treatment. The clinical symp- toms and signs, as well as clinical efficacy were observed. Results 21 cases were cured in the 60 patients of the observation group, 16 cases was markedly effective, and 20 eases were effective. 3 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 95.00%. 17 cases were clinically cured in the 60 patients of the control group, 18 cases were markedly effective, 14 cases were effective, 13 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 78.33%, the difference waa significant （ P 〈0.05） compared with the group before treatment. The itching score, rash distribution score, rash morphological differences in scores were statistically significant （ P〈0.05）. After treatment, compared between the observation group and control gToup, pruritus score, rash distribution score, rash morphology score difference were with statistical significance （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The acupuncture and Chinese medicine combined treatment of children with atopic dermatitis has significant effect. It can effectively relieve suffering the suffering of the children, and there are no side effects.
