“芪蛭胶囊”对脑梗死患者同型半胱氨酸和血清超敏C反应蛋白的影响

目的探讨芪蛭胶囊对脑梗死患者同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）和血清超敏c反应蛋白（hs—CRP）的影响。方法68例脑梗死患者随机分为2组，对照组予常规治疗，治疗组加用芪蛭胶囊口服，21d为1个疗程，测定患者Hcy、hs—CRP治疗前后的变化，以NIHSS表评价神经缺损功能。结果治疗后2组Hcy水平均有明显下降（P均〈0．05），但治疗组降低幅度更大（P〈0．05）；2组治疗后hs—CRP评分与治疗前比较均无显著性差异（P均〉0．05）；2组NIHSS水平与治疗前比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．01），但组间比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。蛄论芪蛭胶囊能降低脑梗死患者的Hcy水平，发挥脑保护作用。

Influence of QIZHI capsule on serum levels of homocysteine and hs-CRP in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective It is to approach the influence of QIZHI capsule on serum levels of homocysteine （Hcy） and hs- CRP in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 68 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups. The pa- tients were treated with normal treatments in control group and with combination of normal treatments and QIZHI capsule in tri- al group. The levels of Hey and hs -CRP were measured, and the score of National Institutes of health stroke scale （NIHSS） was also assessed. Results The levels of Hcy in both groups were markedly decreased after treatment （ all P 〈 0.05）, and those were more lower in treated group. There were no significant changes in hs - CRP levels after treatment in both groups （ all P 〉 0.05）. There were significant difference in NIHSS after treatment compared with before （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but there were no significant difference between both groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion QIZI-II capsule can decrease the serum levels of I-Icy in patients with Cerebral infarction, and may protect brain tissues.
