2010年长江三峡库区消落带蝇类监测

目的了解2010年长江三峡水库消落区内不同季节、不同海拔高度蝇类种类和密度变化,为制定科学防控措施提供依据。方法 2010年在三峡库区上、中、下游选择4个典型消落区作为监测点,分别于退水后的6月份和蓄水前的9月份进行监测。在消落区中按10 m海拔高度差设置3个监测海拔梯度,每个海拔梯度中用3只诱蝇笼进行蝇类密度监测。结果 2010年共捕获89只苍蝇,隶属7蝇种,其中棕尾别麻蝇45只,占51%,为优势种;其次是市蝇24只,占27%;家蝇10只,占11%;丝光绿蝇7只,占8%;伏蝇、铜绿蝇和夏厕蝇各1只,各占1%。结论在三峡消落区范围内,存在着多种蝇类,均处于低密度水平。

Surveillance of flies in fluctuating zone in the Three Gorge reservoir area in 2010

Objective To understand the species and the density of flies in fluctuating zone of the Three Gorge reservoir area. Methods Four surveillance sites were established in typical fluctuating zone in upper, middle and down streams of the reservoir area. Fly cages trapping were used. 9 cages were used in every surveillance site each time, with 3 fly cages were placed in each altitude for the three different altitudes. The surveillance was carried out during the period when water drained from June to September. Results Four surveillance sites were established in Banan, Zhongxiang and Kaixian counties of Chongqing, and Zigui county of Yichang district, Hubei Province. In 2010,89 flies were captured, which belonged to 7 species. The dominant species was Boettcherisca peregrina, took up 51% （n =45） ;Musca sorbens took up 27% （n =24） ;Musca sorbens took up 11% （n = 10） ;Lucilia sericata took up 8% （n = 7 ）;Phormia regina, Lucilia cuprina and Fannia canicularis had only 1 specimen separately, each took up 1%. Conclusion There are a variety of flies in the fluctuating zone in Three Gorges area, performing seasonal changes. They are in low density.
