| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿分泌性中耳炎的有效治疗方法与时间。方法回顾性分析2010年3月至2011年8月我科收治60例小儿分泌性中耳炎患者临床资料。结果60例（106耳）患者中，保守治疗51例（91耳），治愈68耳，占保守治疗的74．38％；9例（15耳）患者采用全麻下扁桃体切除和腺样体刮除及鼓膜穿刺手术治疗，10耳治愈，占手术治疗的66．7％。结论对于没有高危因素的分泌性中耳炎的患者，最好的治疗方法是保守综合治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effective treatment methods and time of pediatric secretory otitis. Methods My branch cure 60 cases pediatric se eretory otitis for retrospective methods analysis in March 2010 to August 2011. Results In the 60 patients （106 ears）, conservative treatment of 51 cases （91 ears）, curing 68 ears, accounting for 74, 38% of the conservative treatment; 9 cases （15 cars） were trcated by resection under general anesthesia tonsils and adenoidectomy and tympanic membrane puncture operative treatment, 10 ear curing, accounting for 66. 7% of the surgical treatment. Conclusion For secretory otitis child with no risk factors, the best treatment method is conservative comprehensive treatment. |
