Notch1和细胞间黏附分子-1在原发性肝癌细胞中的作用

目的探讨Notch1和细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)在原发性肝癌中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测34例原发肝癌组织、14例癌旁正常肝组织中Notch1和ICAM-1的表达情况。结果原发性肝癌组织中Notch1和ICAM-1表达定位于细胞核和/或细胞质,Notch1的表达低于癌旁正常肝组织,ICAM-1的表达明显高于癌旁正常肝组织(P<0.05)。二者的表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小等没有相关性(P均>0.05),与淋巴结转移、组织分化及癌栓等有关(P均<0.05);二者之间阳性表达呈明显负相关(P<0.05)。结论 Notch1和ICAM-1的表达与原发性肝癌的发生、发展和转移密切相关。

Action of Notch1 and ICAM-1 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective It is to approach the expression of Notchl and ICAM - 1 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma and its significance. Methods. The expression of Notchl and ICAM - 1 in 34 cases of primary hepatocellular cancer and 14 cases of normal endometrial tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry S - P. Results The expressions of Notehl and ICAM - 1 were located with the nucleus and （or） cytoplasm. The expression of Notchl was lower than that in normal tissue, the expres- sion of ICAM - 1 was higher than that in normal tissue （P 〈 0.05 ）. Both of them were related to myometrial invasion, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and pathological staging （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were negative correlation among them （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Notehl and ICAM - 1 are closely related to development and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
