| 摘 要： | 目的：研究益母草注射液治疗无症状性心肌缺血（ＳＭＩ）的临床疗效。方法：对３０例ＳＭＩ患者应用益母草注射液治疗，观察动脉心电图、血液流变学及血脂等变化。结果：治疗后动态心电图显示心肌缺血明显好转，血液流变学各项指标及血脂明显改善（Ｐ〈０．０５或Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论：益母草注射液具有降低血液凝固性、粘滞性、聚集性及血脂，改善心肌缺血，是治疗冠心病心肌缺血的有效药物。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of silent myocedial ischemia treated with Leonurus heterophyllusinjection. Method:30 cases with silent myocardial ischemia were boied by Leonurus heterophyllus injection and changes ofdynamic electrocardiogram, hemorheology and lipidemia were analysed before and ther taint. Result: After treatmentwith Leonurus heterophyllus injection, the myocardial ischemia improved in dynamic electrocardiogram. All the indexes ofhemorheology and lipidemia obviously improved(P < 0. 05 or P < 0.01 ). Conclusion: Leonurus heterophyllus injection maydecrease the viscosity, aggregation, coagulation of blood and lipidemia. It also may improve myocardial ischemia. So it is aneffective drug for treating the coronary heart disease. |
