| 摘 要： | 由于妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤(GTN)对化疗高度敏感,绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)可作为理想的肿瘤标志物,以及应用预后评分可使其治疗达到分层个体化,GTN成为了少数几个能通过化疗而达到治愈的肿瘤之一。文章介绍了近年来有关妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤化疗进展。

| Abstract: | Gestational trophoblastic neoplasia(GTN) is one of the few highly curable human tumors with chemotherapy.The successful management of GTN by chemotherapy takes advantage of its intrinsic sensitivity to certain antineoplastic drugs,human chorionic gonadotropin as an optimal tumor marker,and identification of high risk factors that permits individualized treatment.This review discusses the recent advances in the chemotherapy of GTN. |
