| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工股骨头置换术与骨折内固定术在治疗股骨颈骨折中的应用效果。方法选取50例股骨颈骨折患者,分2组,每组25例。观察组使用人工股骨头置换术,对照组使用股骨颈骨折闭合复位内固定术。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,P0.05,差异具有统计学意义。术后下床时间低于对照组,P0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论人工股骨头置换术在股骨颈骨折治疗中效果比骨折内固定术效果更佳。
