心理干预对地震伤员焦虑抑郁状态的影响

目的探讨心理干预对地震伤员焦虑抑郁状态的影响。方法根据焦虑、抑郁程度,对34例地震伤员分别进行个体化和集体化的心理干预,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)分别评定34例伤员心理干预前后的心理状况。结果经心理干预治疗后,伤员的焦虑程度较干预前明显降低(P<0.05),抑郁程度虽无明显降低(P>0.05),但抑郁人数由干预前的11例(32.35%)下降为5例(14.70%)。结论地震伤员存在一定程度的焦虑和抑郁状态,心理干预可明显缓解地震伤员的焦虑和抑郁。

Influence of psychological intervention on anxiety and depression in persons wounded in earthquake

Objective To explore the influence of psychological intervention on anxiety and depression in persons wounded in earthquake. Methods According to the wounded persons' anxiety and depression degree,we carried out individualized and collectivization psychological intervention to 34 wounded persons. Zung's self-rating depression scale(SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) were applied to make an assessment. Results Through mental intervention,the anxiety degree was significant lower than before(P<0.05) ,though there were no significant difference in depression degree,the number of depression decreased(from 11 persons to 5 persons) . Conclusions Most persons wounded in the earthquake were in anxiety and depression condition,and psychological intervention could effectively release their anxiety and depression.
