动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死急性期血清新蝶呤动态研究

摘    要:目的:探讨动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死(ATCI)急性期患者血清新蝶呤(Npt)浓度的动态变化。方法:以20例ATCI急性期患者为实验组,于发病第1、3、7、14天4个时间点分别测定血清Npt水平;以15例非血管病的神经性疾病患者为阳性对照组及20例健康体检者为正常组分别于上述时间点测定血清Npt水平。结果:ATCI急性期患者血清Npt水平于发病第1、3、7天明显高于同期阳性对照组及正常组水平(P<0.05);且发病第1、3、7天明显高于第14天水平(P<0.05)。结论:ATCI急性期血清Npt明显升高,随着病情逐渐稳定而下降,并于第14天趋于正常,反映了不稳定脑动脉粥样硬化斑块的活动情况,表明Npt是ATCI活动的一个重要标志。

Abstract:Aim: To explore dynamic state change of the serum neopterin level(Npt) in patients with acute stage of atherosclerosis thrombotic cerebral infarction(ATCI). Methods: 20 persons in acute stage of ATCI as experimental group , 15 cases with unvascular neurogenic disease as positive control group and 20 healthy persons were categorized as normal group. Serum neopterin levels on 1 st, 3 rd, 7 th, 14 th day of the experimental group, positive control group and normal group were examined respectively. Results: Serum neopterin levels on 1st,3rd,7 th day in 20 patients with acute stage of ATCI were significantly higher than those in positive control group and normal group (P<0.05); serum neopterin level of experimental group on 1st,3rd,7 th day was significantly higher than that on 14th day (P<0.05). Conclusion: Serum neopterin level was significantly elevated in patients in acute stage of ATCI, and it gradually decreased with the improvement of patients conditions and decreased to approximately normal level on the 14 th day, which responses activity of cerebral atherosclerotic plaque. So neopterin may be an important marker of ATCI activity.
