25 778例围产儿出生缺陷监测结果分析

目的了解安庆市围产儿出生缺陷的发生状况、变化趋势,为今后防治工作及制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法依据《中国出生缺陷医院监测方案》,收集2008～2012年在安庆市监测医院出生的25 778例围产儿资料,对围产儿患有先天性心脏病、多指（趾）、外耳其他畸形、先天性脑积水、唇（腭）裂等情况进行统计分析。结果监测围产儿25 778例,发现缺陷儿501例,发生率为19.44‰。前5位出生缺陷依次为：先天性心脏病、多指（趾）、外耳其他畸形、先天性脑积水、唇（腭）裂。结论安庆市出生缺陷发生率较高,其中先天性心脏病位于第一位,应作为今后防治工作的重点。

Analysis of monitoring result on birth defects from 25 778 fetuses and infants in Anqing city

Objective To study birth defects incidence, and its changes in Anqing city, in order to provide scientifie ba- sis for intervention and control. Methods Statistical analysis was performed on the data of birth defect, such as congenital heart disease, polydaetyly, external ear malformation, congenital hydroeephalus, and eleftlip, in fetuses and infants who were born in monitored hospitals in Anqing from 2008 to 2012, according to Chinese Birth Defects Monitoring Program. Resuits A total of 25 778 fetuses and infants were monitored. Among them, 501 cases of birth defects were detected, and the average incidence was 19.44 per thousand. The top five common birth defects were congenital heart disease, polydaetyly, external ear malformation, congenital hydrocephalus, and eleftlip, respectively. Conclusion The average birth defects incidence was relatively high in Anqing, and congenital heart disease was the most eommon birth deled, which should be considered as the emphasis of prevention and eontrol.
