| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨巴曲酶治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效。方法：136例下肢深静脉血栓的患者静脉滴注巴曲酶进行治疗。结果：显效118例，有效13例，总有效率为96．3％；5例无效，无效率为3．7％。3例出现皮肤紫斑，无皮肤过敏、牙龈出血，肝、肾功能均无明显变化。结论：巴曲酶可以作为治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的有效药物。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of batroxobin in acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity.Methods: 136 cases acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity patients were treated with batroxobin.Results: 131 cases acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity patients recovered,full effetive rate was 96.3%.Conlusion: Batroxobin is an effective drug for acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity. |
