妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的临床分析

目的：探讨妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的临床特征。方法：对手术、病理诊断明确的291例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤孕妇的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：291例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤中卵巢瘤样病变136例（46．7％），良性肿瘤144例（49．5％），交界性肿瘤6例（2．1％），恶性肿瘤5例（1．7％）。最常见的病理类型依次为巧克力囊肿（29．9％）、畸胎瘤（29．2％）和黄素囊肿（11．3％）。多数患者无明显症状，术前诊断者34．7％，发生妊娠并发症者88例（30．2％）。结论：妊娠合并卵巢性肿瘤多为良性，无明显症状，应注意早期诊断，采取合适治疗措施。

The analyzation of pregnancy with ovarian tumor

Objective: To explore the characteristics of the pregnancy with ovarian tumor. Methods:A retrospective analysis of treatments of 291 cases that were treated,operated and diagnosed pathologically as pregnancy with ovarian tumor had been conducted. Results: The types of pregnancy with ovarian tumor we found are ovary tumor-like conditions 136 cases(46.7%),benign tumor 144 cases (49.5%),borderline tumor 6 cases (2.1%),malignant tumor 5 cases (1.7%).Conclusion: Most ovarian tumors occur at pregnancy period are benign tumor, and the pregnant women have no overt symptom. It should be early diagnosis in order to take fitting therapeutic measures.
