中药联合脑循环仪治疗类中风眩临床观察

目的:观察中药联合脑循环功能治疗仪对类中风眩患者的临床疗效及D-二聚体、血液流变学的影响.方法:将69例患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组39例.对照组静脉点滴丹参注射液,治疗组在此基础上口服中药水煎剂及脑循环功能治疗仪治疗,共治疗28 d.结果:治疗组与对照组改善眩晕的有效率分别为87.18%、63.33%,二者差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);治疗前后对照组血液流变学及D-二聚体差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);治疗组的全血粘度(低切、高切),血浆粘度、D-二聚体较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组D-二聚体明显降低(P<0.05).结论:中药联合脑循环功能治疗仪治疗类中风眩,能够明显改善患者眩晕的症状,提示其作用途径之一是降低体内D-二聚体及全血粘度、血浆粘度.

Clinical Observation on Stroke Vertigo Treated by Chinese Traditional Medicine Associating with Cerebral Circulation Function Therapeutic Instrument

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect and influence of traditional Chinese medicine associating with cerebral circulation function therapeutic instrument on blood rheology and D-Dimer of patients suffered from stroke vertigo. Methods 69 patients were divided into control group (30 cases) and treatment group (39 cases), they were both dropped Rooted Silvia Injection through vein. The patients in treatment group added to take traditional Chinese medicine decoction and to be treated by Cerebral Circulation Function Therapeutic Instrument for 4 weeks. Results: Total effective rates of improving vertigo symptom to treatment group and control group were 87.18% and 63.33% separately. Compare control group with treatment group, there was no significant (P>0.05). After treatment, it was no significant for control group to change blood rheology and D-Dimer (P>0.05). For treatment group, these index were obviously reduced which were whole blood viscosity (high shear and low shear), plasma viscosity and D-Dimer comparing with before treatment (P<0.05). Compared with control group, D-Dimer of treatment group was obviously reduced (P<0.05). Conclusions: It had obviously function to improve vertigo symptom for traditional Chinese medicine Associating with Cerebral Circulation Function Therapeutic Instrument. It hinted that one of action approach was reducing whole blood viscosity (high shear and low shear), plasma viscosity and D-Dimer.
