摘    要:目的对临床诊断为男性不育症患者进行细胞遗传学分析,探讨男性不育症与染色体之间的关系。方法常规方法制备外周血染色体标本,G显带。结果对男性不育症患者1285例进行染色体核型分析,共发现135例异常,异常率10.5%。结论染色体异常是造成男性不育的重要遗传因素,对精液检查异常者或男性性征发育不良者进行染色体检查,将有助于不育病因的诊断。

Abstract:Objective: To make a cytogenetics study of clinically diagnosed male infertility,and to study the relationship between chromosomal abnormalities and male infertility.Methods: Chromosomal preparations made from peripheral blood lymphocytes by conventional,G banding techniques in all cases.Results: 135 cases of chromosomal abnormalities were checked out from 1285 total cases and the abnormal rate was 10.5%.Conclusions: The chromosomal anomalies are important inheritance factor for male sterility.Chromosomal a...
