妊娠期高血压疾病降压治疗的安全性及有效性

妊娠期降压药的使用,取决于药物对母胎的利害关系。对于妊娠期轻中度高血压患者来说,降压药的使用是否有价值目前仍然不清楚,但是对于妊娠期重度高血压患者来说,降压药的使用给母亲带来的益处已经得到了肯定。目前,甲基多巴和β一肾上腺素受体阻滞剂被广泛应用于妊娠期高血压疾病患者,对于急性重度高血压患者来说,静脉应用肼苯哒嗪、拉贝洛尔或口服硝苯地平是合理的选择。血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻滞剂和阿替洛尔在妊娠期应避免使用。

The use of antihypertensive drugs during pregnancy depends on the stakes of drugs on mother and fetal.For mild to moderate hypertensive patients,whether the use of antihypertensive drugs valuable is still unclear.For patients with severe hypertension during pregnancy.It is confirmed that the use of antihypertensive drugs have benefits to the mother.Methyldopa and β-adrenergic receptor blockers are widely used in gestation.For acute severe hypertension,the intravenous hydralazine,labetalol or oral nifedipine is a reasonable choice.Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors,angiotensin II receptor blockers and atenolol in pregnancy should be avoided.
