妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘中肝X受体α的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中肝X受体α(LXRα)的水平变化及其在妊娠期高血压病发病中的作用。方法运用免疫组化法检测71例妊娠期高血压疾病患者(实验组,其中妊娠期高血压25例,轻度子痫前期23例,重度子痫前期23例)及20例正常妊娠孕妇(对照组)胎盘组织中的肝X受体α(LXRα)表达。结果 LXRα主要表达于两组孕妇胎盘蜕膜细胞及部分绒毛滋养细胞中,表达部位在细胞膜和细胞质,绒毛间质有少量阳性表达。妊娠期高血压疾病与对照组比较胎盘组织中LXRα表达明显升高(P<0.05)。妊娠期高血压、轻、重度子痫前期患者胎盘组织中LXRα表达逐渐升高,各组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。妊娠期高血压与对照组比较胎盘组织中LXRα表达强度略有升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孕妇胎盘组织中LXRα表达水平的变化与妊娠期高血压病的发病及病情发展有关。

Expression and significance of liver-X-receptor-alpha in placenta of women with pregnancy associated hypertension

Objective： To evaluate the changes of the levels of liver-X-receptor-alpha in placenta of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and normal pregnancy.Methods： 71 hypertensive pregnant women （the study group） ,mild pre-eclampsia group （23 cases） and severe pre-eclampsia group （23 cases） according to patients＇ condition in pregnancy.Twenty normal pregnant women served as control.Expression of LXR-α were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results： LXR-α mainly express at deciduate placenta cell and bloom nurse cell in two groups of pregnant women.The positions of the expression are cell envelope,cell substance and some bloom interstitial substance.The expressive level of LXR-α was obviously higher in pregnancy associated hypertension group than in control group （P〈0.05）.The LXR-α expressions of placenta increased gradually with significantly different levels among gestational hypertension,mild pre-eclampsia and severe pre-eclampsia groups （P 〈0.05）.The expressive level of LXR-α was little higher trend in gestational hypertension group than in control group,but it hasn＇t the statistical significance （P 〈0.05）.Conclusions： The changes in expression levels of LXR-α are related to the occurrence and development of hypertensive disease during pregnancy.
