蛋白质芯片法与化学发光法检测卵巢癌肿瘤标志物结果的对比分析

摘    要:目的分析和对比蛋白质芯片法和化学发光法检测卵巢癌患者血清中肿瘤标志物CA125、CA199、CEA的检测结果。方法分别用蛋白质芯片法和化学发光法对50例卵巢癌患者进行CA125、CA199、CEA检测。结果两种方法的测定结果无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论蛋白质芯片法与化学发光法在检测CA125、CA199、CEA结果上具有较高的一致性,对卵巢癌的检测具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract:Objective: To analyze and compare the protein chip and Chemiluminescent Immunoassay in patients with ovarian cancer tumor marker CA125,CA199,CEA test results.Methods: Using Protein microarray and CLIA to test CA125,CA199,CEA of 50 ovarian cancer patients.Results: The determination of the two methods showed no significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusions: Protein chip technology with CLIA detection of CA125,CA199,CEA results on high consistency,the detection of ovarian cancer has a high practical value.
