高频彩色多普勒超声对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断分析

目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断。方法运用彩色多普勒超声对76例腹痛小儿进行全腹扫查,排除其他疾病,重点扫查肠系膜淋巴结的大小、形态、回声及数量。并对二维及血流图像进行回顾性分析。结果 76例患儿均在腹腔内检测到椭圆形低回声结节,分布在脐周围及右下腹,淋巴结内见稀疏或较丰富的彩色血流。结论高频彩色多普勒超声检查能清晰、快速、准确的诊断小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎,可作为首选影像诊断方法。
