| 摘 要： | 目的观察派特灵治疗中期妊娠妇女外阴部尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 16例中期妊娠妇女外阴,肛周尖锐湿疣,给予派特灵外涂于疣体及周围2mm处,每日两次,连用4d,其疣体脱落愈合为一疗程,必要时重复治疗,待其完全脱落后,取派特灵1∶50稀释溶液敷原疣体部及周围10min,每日一次,连用2-3个月。结果派特灵1-4个疗程赘生物全部脱落。随访3-6个月,无1例复发。派特灵治疗中期妊娠妇女外阴部尖锐湿疣,能明显提高治愈率,减少复发率,对新生儿无不良反应。
