| 摘 要： | 目的对生殖异常患者进行染色体分析,探讨染色体异常与生殖异常的关系。方法采集患者外周血进行培养,常规制片后G显带染色体核型分析。结果 206例患者中检出异常核型15例,异常率为8.74%。结论染色体异常是生殖异常的一个重要原因,对患者进行染色体检查对提高人口素质有一定的指导意义。
