| 摘 要： | 目的观察支原体宫颈炎孕妇宫颈分泌物中FFN变化,求证FFN对胎盘支原体炎的诊断价值。方法将受试者分成两组,宫颈支原体阳性组78例、正常孕妇组62例。对两组孕妇做宫颈分泌物(FFN)定性检查,分别计算阳性率;对两组孕妇做产后胎盘病理检验,分别计算支原体绒毛膜羊膜炎发生率;对宫颈支原体阳性组做产后胎膜支原体培养,计算支原体性胎盘炎的发生率。结果宫颈支原体感染与胎盘支原体炎,差异无显著性(P>0.05),宫颈分泌物FFN阳性,胎盘支原体炎发生率升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 FFN检测可以预测胎盘支原体炎。
