| 摘 要： | 目的探讨染色体平衡易位与异常孕产的关系。方法用常规方法制备外周血淋巴细胞染色体标本,对有异常孕产史的夫妇进行染色体G显带核型分析。结果检出染色体平衡易位携带者15例中,女12例,男3例。平衡携带者表型及智力均无明显异常。结论染色体平衡易位携带者妊娠结局以孕早期流产为主,染色体平衡易位是造成临床流产、死胎、生育畸形儿的重要原因之一。对平衡易位携带者再次妊娠时必须做产前诊断,控制不良遗传因素个体的出生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between balanced chromosomal translocation and abnormal pregnancy.Methods:Chromosomal karyotypes were examined in married couples with a history of abnormal pregnancy by periphery blood lymphocyte culture and carried out G banding.Results: We detected 15 cases with balanced chromosomal translocation,12 cases were female and 3 cases were male.Phenotype and intelligence in the carriers of balanced chromosomal translocation were not significantly abnormal.Conclusion: S... |
