儿童巴特（Bartter）综合征的临床特征研究（附3例临床报告）

目的总结儿童巴特综合征的临床特征及预后。方法复习国内外巴特综合征相关的文献并结合我院明确诊断的3例巴特综合征,总结儿童巴特综合征的临床表现、实验室检查特点及预后。结果儿童巴特综合征在治疗前均有营养不良及生长发育落后,并伴有长期腹泻、呕吐、多饮、多尿等非特异性临床表现。我院3例巴特综合征中有2例以抽搐为首发症状。实验室检查可见高肾素血症、高醛固酮血症、低钾血症、低钠血症、低氯血症及代谢性碱中毒。经积极治疗,预后大多良好,未经治疗患儿可致死亡。结论巴特综合征临床症状多样,经积极治疗大多预后良好。
