| 摘 要： | 目的通过对贵州省遵义市社区居民和医务人员安宁疗护的调查,以期为相关部门有针对性开展安宁疗护提供科学依据。方法随机抽取遵义市医务人员和社区居民各250名进行问卷调查。结果医务人员比城镇社区居民对安宁疗护了解程度高,学历高低与安宁疗护认知的高低成正比,不愿意接受安宁疗护的人居多,对社区卫生服务能否开展安宁疗护缺乏信心。结论受访者缺乏对安宁疗护相关知识的了解,在遵义市开展安宁疗护存在困难。
