| 摘 要： | 目的探讨染色体异常与男性不育的关系。方法对994例男性不育患者进行染色体核型检测与分析。结果发现染色体异常132例,异常率为13.27%;其中性染色体异常66例,占异常核型的50%;常染色体异常66例,占异常核型的50%。结论染色体异常是造成男性不育的重要遗传因素,对有不育症患者的男性进行染色体检查,有助于病因的诊断。且提示一些常染色的异常与男性无精子症有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:This article is to analyze the relationship between abnormal karyotype and male infertility.Methods: Chromosomal karyotypes were examined in 994 male infertile patients by periphery blood lymphocyte culture and G banding.Results: There ware 132 patients with abnormal karyotype.The proportion was 13.27%(132/944) among the patients with infertility.And the proportion of Sex chromosomal abnormality and autosomalabnormalities both was 50%(66/132).Conclusion: Abnormal karyotype was a important reason t... |
