复方银杏叶对糖尿病大鼠附睾VEGF表达的影响

摘    要:目的探讨复方银杏叶(CGL)对糖尿病大鼠附睾VEGF的影响。方法 40只Wistar雄性大鼠随机抽取10只作为正常对照组(NC),其余大鼠用链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin STZ)加高脂高糖饮食制备2型糖尿病模型,造模动物筛选后,随机分为糖尿病组(DM组)和CGL治疗组,每组10只。治疗组给予CGL 10周后,取双侧附睾组织,提取蛋白,检测组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)含量。结果 2型糖尿病模型制备成功,糖尿病组与对照组比较,VEGF含量降低,差别有显著性意义(P〈0.01),而治疗组与糖尿病组比较,VEGF升高,差别有显著性意义(P〈0.01)。结论复方银杏叶能够提高糖尿病大鼠附睾VEGF的表达,对糖尿病伴随生殖功能障碍有一定的改善作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of compound ginkgo leaf on VEGF of epididymis of diabetic rats.Methods:The normal control group was established with 10 randomly selected from forty male Wistar rats.The others were established type Ⅱ diabetes model with streptozotocin(STZ)and high lipid,high glucose diet,After filtrated,the type Ⅱ diabetes models were randomly divided into diabetic group and CGL-treated group,there were ten rats every group.CGL.treated group were given CGL.After ten weeks,the epididymis were taken out and extracted protein for vascular endothelial growth factor.Results:The type Ⅱdiabetes model was prepared successfully and compared with the normal control group,VEGF content of DM dropped sharply(P0.01).VEGF content of CGL obviously increased(P0.01),compared with the diabetic group.Conclusion:CGL can increase VEGF content of epididymis of diabetic rats and improve diabetes mellitus sexual disorder.
