屈光矫正治疗儿童轻度屈光不正性弱视临床效果评价

对102例（204只眼）轻度屈光不正性弱视患儿进行屈光矫正，而不进行弱视训练。戴镜后每3个月复诊一次，随访12个月后，进步201只眼（98．53％），基本治愈175只眼（85．78％），无效3只眼（1．47％）。仞次戴镜和复诊时各个时间点的视力差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。各观察时间点间视力差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。说明单纯屈光矫正治疗轻度屈光不正性弱视方法简单易行、虬效快、患儿依从性好、效果确切，且治疗费用低。

Evaluation of treating mild ametropic amblyopia by refractive correction alone

A total of 102 cases （204 eyes） wilh mild ametropie amblyopia underwent refractive correction without any vision training. After wearing glasses, visual acuity was examined every 3 mouths during a follow-up period of 12 months. After wearing glasses 12 months, 201 eyes （98.53%） were treated effectively, 175 eyes （85.78%） cured basically and 3 eyes （ 1.47% ） became invalid. The changes of visual acuity were satistactory（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The difference of visual acuity between every two observation timepoints were satisfactory（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Treating mild ametropic amblyopia by refractive correction alone is both simple and effective. And it has an excellent eompliance and a low cost.
