| 摘 要： | 目的 观察探讨在产科中运用临床护理路径(CNP)理论,通过临床记录并对比探索适宜围生期服务的方式.方法 选择2005年7月-2008年6月150例正常产褥期产妇为研究对象(病理产科除外),分为CNP实验组与对照组各75例.结果 CNP实验组的住院费显著低于对照组、实验组的住院天数显著低于对照组、实验组患者满意度则显著高于对照组.结论 临床护理路径活动的程序化和标准化,能使护理由被动变为主动,使患者获得最佳的护理服务.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the application of clinical nursing pathways in obstetrics and gyne-cology department, and explore the service methods during perinatal period by clinical record. Methods 150 eases parturient woman in our hospital from July, 2005 to June, 2008 were divided into the CNP group and the control group with 75 cases in each group. Results The treatment expense was lower, the hospitaliza-tion time was shorter and the satisfaction degree was higher in the CNP group than those in the control group. Conclusions The normalization and routinization of CNP application can turn nursing from pas-siveness to initiative, so that the patients can get best nursing service. |
