| 摘 要： | 目的：考察川乌与白芍配伍前后主要化学成分乌头碱和芍药苷煎出量的变化，探讨两药配伍使用增效减毒作用的机制。方法：采用薄层扫描法、高效液相色谱法测定。结果：川乌与白芍配伍合煎，乌头碱的煎出量降低。芍药苷的煎出量增加。结论：川乌、白芍配伍前后有效成分煎出量的变化为两药配伍后药效的变化提供科学的依据。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the mechanisms of increasing the curative effects and decreasing the toxic effects before and after Radix Aconiti concomitant with Radix Paeoniae Alba by determining the contents of aconitine and paconiflorin in the water extracts by boiling separately and after combination.METHODS TLC and HPLC were used.RESULTS The content of aconitine was reduced and the content of paconiflorin was increased in Radix Aconiti water extracts with Radix Paeoniae Alba .CONCLUSION The changes of main components in preparations demonstrated a scientific basis to Radix Aconiti and Radix Paeoniac Alba used together in Chinese traditional medicine. |
