西伯利亚白刺果实微量元素及总黄酮含量测定

摘    要:目的:为充分利用和开发西北野生植物资源提供科学依据。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法和钼兰比色法分析测定西伯利亚白刺(Nitraria sibirica Pall.)果实的微量元素含量;采用紫外-可见分光光度法,测定其总黄酮含量。结果:所含人体必需微量元素均比同属植物N.tangutorum Bobr.和沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoidesL.)果实高,总黄酮含量也很高,达1.07%。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To provide scientific basis for the utilization and development of west-north wild plant resources. METHOD:Nine trace elements in fruit of Nitraria sibirica Pall. were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer and Mo-blue colorimeter?Total Flavonoids in Fruit of Nitraria sibirica Pall. were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometer. RESULTS:Fruit of Nitraria sibirica Pall. contains rich necessary trace elements and total Flavonoids,The content of trace elements and total Flavonoids is higher than plant of N.tangutorum Bobr. CONCLUSION:Nitraria sibirica Pall. is valuable for clinical usage.
