摘    要:目的:筛选桑叶中α-葡萄糖苷酶(α-GS苷酶)抑制活性最佳组分,并进行体内降糖活性研究。方法:采用柱层析法对桑叶水提物进行分离,利用体外细胞实验筛选出α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性最佳组分,并采用链脲霉素诱导的大鼠高血糖动物模型进行跟踪验证。结果:细胞实验结果表明,桑叶提取物中生物碱的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性最强。体内试验中,与模型组比较,生物碱给药组糖尿病大鼠的血糖有明显降低。结论:桑叶中的生物碱具有显著的降血糖的作用(P0.05)。

Abstract:Objective:To screen the components of the highest activity inhibiting alpha glucosidase in mulberry leaves, and to investigate the hypoglyeemic activity in vivo. Methods:The aqueous extracts from Mulberry leaves were separated by using column chromatography, and the components of the highest activity inhibiting alpha glucosidase were screened by cell experiments in vitro. The results in vitro were verified in streptozotocin -induced chronic diabetic rats. Results: The results of cell experiments in vitro showed that al- kaloids had the highest inhibitory activity on alpha glucosidase in the mulberry leaf extracts. Compared with model group, blood glucose of diabetic rats in alkaloid group was significantly reduced. Conclusion : Alkaloids in mulberry leaves have a remarkable hypoglycemic effect( P 〈 0. 05 ).
