21世纪基于经穴-脏腑相关的动物实验研究情况分析

以经脉穴位与脏腑间存在相对特异性联系的理论为出发点,查阅2000年～2011年CNKI数据库文献和近10年PubMed数据库,系统分析基于正常或疾病动物的经穴与脏腑器官相关性的研究情况,发现此时期研究有许多突破性进展:1)在神经介导效应方面,神经传入通路拓展到低位脑干-延脑孤束核,实验技术开始采用单个神经元放电技术和免疫组化技术;2)针刺对脏腑功能的调节效应方面,突显出穴位特异性效应和效应机制的研究,并且发现经穴对相关脏腑功能的调节与脏腑组织形态学变化有关,与效应物质的活性、含量、基因和蛋白表达变化有关,与效应物质的荧光强度变化有关;实验已开始应用分子生物学、透射电子显微镜、荧光染色和激光共聚焦成像等技术。此时期研究取得了丰硕成果,对未来经穴-脏腑相关的研究和临床诊治疾病具有指导意义。

Review on Experimental Researches into Correlation between Channel Points and Zang -fu Organs in Animals during 21 st Century

This paper focuses on the relative specific correlation theory between channel points and Zang - fu organs. After reviewing the literatures in the database of CNKI from 2000 - 2011, and the database of PubMed in the past decade, a systematic analysis is made about the correlation between channel points and the Zang - fu organs of healthy and diseased animals. It has been found that these researches have made a big break- through in the following aspects：l ）About the nervous conductivity, the nervous afferent route has been ex- panded to the lower position of the brain stem, the nucleus tractus solitarily of medulla oblongata. Mononeuron electric discharge technique and immuno - histochemical methods have been used. 2 ） About acupuncture＇ s effect on functional regulation of the Zang - fu organs, highlighting the point mechanism, the relationship between the functional regulation of the Zang - fu o histomorphological changes of the Zang - fu organs, between the effector＇ s activi expression, and between the change of the effector＇ s fluorescence intensity. In specific effect and the effect rgans by acupuncture and the ty, content, gene and protein the experiments the following techniques has been adopted, e.g. biochemistry, transmission electric microscope, fluorescent staining, laser co -focusing image -forming, etc, Significant progress has been made in this period, and it can guide a fur- ther study in this field and in diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
