颈痛汤合β-七叶皂甙钠治疗神经根型颈椎病40例疗效观察

目的观察颈痛汤合β-七叶皂甙钠治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将76例神经根型颈椎病随机分为2组，治疗组40例，予颈痛汤内服合β-七叶皂甙钠静脉滴注；对照组36例，予复方丹参片内服合川芎嗪静脉滴注。2组均予适当的对症止痛治疗，10d为1个疗程，3—5d后开始第2个疗程，2个疗程后评价疗效。结果治疗组治愈率、总有效率分别为37．5％、92．5％，对照组分别为16．7％、63．9％，2组治愈率、总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），治疗组优于对照组。结论颈痛汤内如合β-七叶皂甙钠静脉滴注治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切。

Observation of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy treated by combination of Jingtong decoction and aescin

Objective To observe cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy treated by combination of Jingtong decoction and aescin. Methods 76 cases of cerviealspondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group （ n = 40） were treated by combination of Jingtong decoction and intravenous drip of aescin. Patients in control group （ n = 36） were treated by combination of oral administration of Fuang Danshen tablets and intravenous drip of tetramethyl pyrazine. The course was ten days in two groups. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after two courses. Results The total effective rate and cure rate in treatment group （92.5 % , 37.5% ） were higher than those in control group （63.9%, 16.7% , P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Jingtong decoction and aescin has definite effect on the treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.
