| 复方补益中药免疫调控作用的实验研究 |

| 摘 要： | 通过对我院抗白血病有效方剂益气养阴方和补气养血方进行免疫功能测定,发现二方既可显著提高T淋巴细胞酸性非特异性酯酶染色(AN A E)阳性率(前者P<0.05,后者P<0.01),又可显著提高粒细胞吞噬率及吞噬指数(P<0.001)。说明二方不但有促进机体细胞免疫的作用,还有增强非特异性免疫的作用。提示二方在白血病治疗中的一个重要作用是可以增强机体的免疫功能。

| Abstract: | By the result of determination of the immune function of the ex-perimental mice (Kunming strain, weigh 22±2g, divide male and female equal-ly) taking respectively with the decoction of reinforcing Qi and nourishing Yinand the decoction of reinforcing qi and nourishing blood (each 0.5ml/day, conti-nuously for 7 days) which are effective compounds of our affiliated hospital forleukemia in common use, we found that the positive rate of T-lymphocyte acidD-naphthyl acetate esterase (ANAE) dyeing raised sharply (P<0.02;P<0.001), andthe phyagocytose rate and numbers of leukocytes increased more greatly (P<0.01).The result show that both compounds can promote cellular as well as no specifi-city immune function of body, which plays an important role in treating leuketmia. |
