缺血性心脏病细胞移植疗法的理想工具--骨髓基质干细胞

骨髓基质干细胞是一种由骨髓中分离获得的具有多种分化潜能的间质干细胞。在体外培养条件下，它可以分化为成骨细胞、软骨细胞、脂肪细胞、甚至于成肌细胞。因为骨髓基质干细胞具有易于获取、分高方便和良好的分化特性等特点，在细胞移植和基因治疗方面具有非常巨大的应用前景。对于缺血性心脏病而言，骨髓基质干细胞是非常好的细胞移植供体，对于改善心功能帮助巨大。本文献骨髓基质干细胞的生物学特性和在缺血性心脏病治疗中的应用前景进行简要综述。

Marrow Stromal Stem Cells--The Ideal Donor for Cells Therapy in Ischemic Heart Disease

Bone marrow stromal stem cells isolated from bone marrow are the special mesenchymal stem cells,which can be differentiated in culture into osteoblasts,chondrocytes,adipocytes,and even myoblasts. Because marrow stromal stem cells exhibit many intriguing characteristics: easily obtaining,simply isolating,and satisfying differentiating,they are therefore very useful tools for cells transplantation and gene therapy.For ischemic heart disease,bone marrow stromal stem cells are excellent donor cells of cell transplantation and are helpful for improving heart function.In this article,we will review the biologic characteristics of bone marrow stromal stem cells and their future in ischemic heart disease therapy.
