米索前列醇联合氧化亚氮用于无痛人工流产的临床效果

目的探讨米索前列醇联合氧化亚氮(笑气)用于无痛人工流产的临床效果。方法对200例要求无痛人工流产的孕妇,给予米索前列醇联合氧化亚氮,以实施无痛人工流产术为观察组。另随机选择200例不用任何药物要求人工流产术的孕妇为对照组。分别观察镇痛效果、宫颈扩张情况、人工流产综合征发生率、术前后血压、脉搏、呼吸、术中出血情况。结果镇痛效果、人工流产综合征发生率、宫颈扩张情况,观察组和对照组相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。术中出血、术前后血压、脉搏、呼吸两组相比无显著性差异。结论米索前列醇和氧化亚氮联合用于人工流产,既可实现无痛人工流产又可达到良好的宫颈扩张效果,减少或减轻人工流产综合征的发生,值得推广应用。

Clinical effect of misoprostol combined with inhaling nitrous oxide on artificial abortion

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of misoprostol combined with nitrous oxide in the first trimester surgical abortion.Methods 400 patients received surgical abortion misoprostol and nitrous oxide was administrated for alleviating the pain in 200 patients,as observed groupthe other 200 patients were taken as control group.The following items were measured pain score,cervical dilatation,ocurrence of surgical abortion syndrome,the change of blood pressure,pulse and breath rate,blood loss.Results Pain score,cervical dilatation,ocurrence of surgical abortion syndrome were signigicantly lower in the observed group than in control group.The other items were same between the two groups.Conclusions Misoprostol combined with nitrous oxide can be safe used in the first trimester surgical abortion.It can significantly reduce the pain,at the same time,reduce the ocurrence of surgical abortion syndrome. Vaginal misoprostol combined with inhaling nitrous oxide used for artificial abortion is most effective and worthy popularizing.
