p27和Ki-67在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨p27和Ki)67在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测60例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织p27和Ki*67的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果p27低表达率为45.0%,p27低表达与乳腺肿瘤大小、神经脉管浸润、淋巴结转移、组织学分级有关(P<0.05);Ki+67高表达率60%,Ki,67高表达与肿瘤神经脉管浸润、淋巴结转移、组织学分级有关(P<0.05);p27低表达与Ki-67高表达有关(P<0.05)。结论p27低表达、Ki.67高表达是乳腺浸润性导管癌高度恶性和预后不良的生物学指标,乳腺癌p27和Ki/67的表达可能具有相互调控作用。

Expression and significance of p27 and Ki-67 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the correlation of the expression of p27 and Ki-67 with the clinicopathologic features in breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods S-P immunohistochemical staining was performed to examine the expression of p27 and Ki-67 in 60 specimens of breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Results The low p27 expression rate was 45.0 %(27/60), low expression in breast cancer was associated with larger tumor, nerve/vessel invasion, lymph node metastasis and histological grade(P<0.05). The high Ki-67 expression rate was 60 %(36/60), high Ki- 67 expression in breast cancer was associated with nerve/vessel invasion, lymph node metastasis and histological grade(P<0.05). Low p27 expression in breast cancer was associated with high Ki-67 expression (P<0.05). Conclusions Low p27 expression and high Ki- 67 expression are important factors to breast invasive ductal carcinoma, there might be regulated interaction between p27 and Ki- 67 expression.
