| 摘 要： | 目的:测定厚朴种子蛋白质成分的分子量,并由电泳图谱鉴别其品种.方法:应用SDS-PAGE技术进行研究.结果:不同品种的厚朴其SDSPAGE图谱存在明显差异,并由此确定各样品特征蛋白质的分子量.结论:清晰的电泳图谱如分子量数据为厚朴的鉴别提供依据.

| Abstract: | AIM: To determine proteins molecular weights in seed of Cortex Magnolia and identify its varieties by gel ecectrophorsis. METHODS: SDS-PAGE technique. RESULTS: There are distinct distinguish in SDS-PAGE. The molecular weights of the major proteins of the samples are analyzed by it. CONCLUSION: Cortex Magnolia can be discerned by gel electrophorsis and the molecular weights of them. |
